Integrations

We work with the systems you already have.

The technology stack is selected around the workflow, not the other way around. We are not a reseller for any platform, and replacing working software is rarely the cheapest path to the outcome.

Four ways systems get connected

METHOD 01

Platform automation

Zapier and similar platforms, used where a maintained connector already exists and the logic is straightforward. Fast to build, easy for your team to inspect.

METHOD 02

Direct APIs and webhooks

Used when volume, error handling, or data shape exceeds what a connector should carry. Retries, idempotency, and logging are part of the build.

METHOD 03

Databases and files

SQL reads and writes, scheduled exports, SFTP drops, and structured spreadsheets, for the older systems that still run real parts of the business.

METHOD 04

Custom services

Purpose-built logic, queues, and interfaces where nothing off the shelf fits, including internal tools for exception queues and approvals.

Systems we commonly work with

How we choose

Every integration decision is made against four questions. The answers determine whether a workflow runs on platform tooling, custom code, or a combination of both.

What volume does this need to handle, today and at three times the current rate?
What happens when it fails, and who finds out first?
Does it need to be auditable, and for how long?
Can your team understand and inspect it without us?

On Zapier specifically

We use Zapier heavily and well. It is an excellent execution layer for a large share of business workflows, and it keeps automations visible to the people who own them.

It is not the whole answer. High-volume processing, complex validation, document pipelines, and legacy systems often belong in direct integrations. Most of the workflows we deliver combine both, with the boundary chosen deliberately rather than by habit.

We are not a reseller or an affiliate of any platform on this page.
